Do you store ActBlue donor PII?+
No. Donor Camp captures anonymous visitor signals — refcodes, UTMs, sessions, conversions — and enriches IPs to company, not person. Person-level identity only enters the system when you bring it in yourself (CSV upload, email/SMS click IDs, ActBlue exports), and it stays scoped to your workspace.
Does Donor Camp work with WinRed, NGP VAN, or other CRMs?+
Yes. Tracking works with any ActBlue-style contribution flow that supports tracking-code parameters. CRM exports (NGP VAN, EveryAction, Salesforce) ship on Scale; on Grow you can pipe signals via outbound webhooks or Zapier to anything else.
What counts as a 'visit'? Will I blow past the cap?+
A visit is a unique session on a tracked landing or conversion page. We don't double-count returns within a session, and bot traffic is filtered out before metering. If you're trending toward the cap we'll flag it inside the app — there are no surprise overage charges; we work with you on an upgrade.
Is there a contract or can I cancel monthly?+
Monthly plans cancel anytime from the billing page. Annual plans bill once for the year at the discounted rate. Scale customers sign a 12-month order form. No auto-renew traps — we'll email you before annual renewal.
How is enrichment priced — per call or included?+
Enrichment is included in your plan up to the monthly cap shown in the comparison table. Beyond the cap you can either upgrade or buy a one-time pack; we never silently meter overage onto your card.
Do you offer nonprofit discounts?+
Yes — verified 501(c)(3) nonprofits get 20% off Starter and Grow. State and federal candidate committees on Scale are eligible for cycle-aligned pricing. Mention your org type in the early-access form and we'll set it up.
